Toto my take on the put call ratio is the increase in open interest is following the short term trend. The open interest is negligible on anything past the march contracts
And even tho open interest is around 6000 contracts for say example the 7.00 march puts you can read into that half the traders buying the puts are bearish and the traders selling the puts are bullish
So they sort of cancel each other out in respect to conspiracy theories
