can someone explain market depth

Hi All,

I am unsure what I am actually looking for in market depth. Here is some data from one stock TMR. I can see that there seems to be a few high buy orders, but then further down in the sells there are high sell orders as well.

As you can see there is a large 1.49mill buy but it's quite far down. So does it not count?

Can someone please tell me what I should be looking for in this information to determine whether the stock is more likely to go up or down.
