Hey dhuy, want to hear something really really funny about that last comment of yours.

I worked in an open pit in kalgoorlie, drillers offsider and also underground for placerdome as contract underground miners. Actually we never drilled into anything but hard rock. It was the difference between 10 minutes and 20 minutes to drill a 3 metre hole

The easier drilling was if you hit patches of clay, and if there are any drillers out there, you will all agree with me that hard rock is actually much easier to drill than clay which has the tendency to block the holes of the drill rig.

Hard Rock mining is just that you people, hard rock mining. Use better drill bits. Look at the super pit in kalgoorlie, now I wouldnt call that shallow, and I certainly wouldnt call it beach sand, anyone care to ever have been there. Did you know that KCGM actually work on approximately 2 grams of gold per tonne and make it profitable.

Have the knockers ever seen dynamite at work. Pretty good gear, may I suggest you all take a holiday up to Kalgoorlie, lovely place in the flower season. In fact, I also worked in an explosive company, I know about bombs ok.
