I will be interested to see what Shrimpton has in store for 'maximising value'. After all it is what will be driving the SP into the future.
Class action? I reckon the bulk will be mum and dad investors. With these things litigators can't afford the company to go broke, otherwise they cut off the nad that feeds them. So if there is a payout, it may not be too bad. However, the case could drag on for years.
