I couldn't help myself... Twitter is worthless from one end to the other except maybe for schoolgirls? If you base your 'investments' on any form of Tweet (the name itself sounds more stupid the more I see it) then you deserve all you get.
As for today's events it's becoming clear there is no MOU as such, merely an agreement to consider what IAM is proposing. I guess those responsible for the announcement didn't give enough thought to the words they used. Their headline was inaccurate IMO, but in any event they surely should have run the announcement past NAB and given them time to digest it. Maybe IAM got caught up in the hype to announce an MOU before the end of Feb? silly if they did. Effect on sp? hard to say but unlikely to be very positive in the short term. Hopefully they don't lose NAB's interest.
