The LRS company option is very close to strike price and LRS is probably scared because they could loose a lot of money if say, some good news came out. So it's possible that the company put out a delay in good results as we may of seen today. But after the option expires I believe the results will come out and the share price will go above that crucial 0.02 mark of the options strike price.
