No mention of an Aussie director in the announcement. A reference to CSG retirement (best to you in your future endeavours CSG) followed by references to appoint two new US directors. Is it strange that they emphasised US directors twice and an Aussie replacement not once. Perhaps the NASDAQ listing is sooner than everyone realises and there will be no Aussie replacement. Perhaps a US CEO at the helm is also NASDAQ strategy. This transition was well communicated by NC in the December Newsletter, I believe the reaction is blown well out of proportion.
