AS cannot legally state to us that the sp will more than double in x months however it has been repeatedly stated, implied, suggested, indicated that conversion to NASDAQ is 1:1 and that is on the basis of the CS advice and strategy. A languishing current sp is irrelevant to the list price, the offer price being based on CS valuations offered to their clients. By the time we reach the offer stage people will only be able to buy from the underwriter in an entirely new market with appropriate PR backing. PE are not fools and nor are the CS people and I can assure you the large TZ holders are going to maximise their returns. Note the very large increase in the top 20, probably over 70% now.
