I've been really disappointed for a long time by the constant announcements of directors cashing in quantities of shares which I feel has kept a cap on the SP. Apparently numerous brokers have had a buy on LIM for ages but the shares just hold their ground. And looking at the company presentations of the surge in Sales & Profits, combined with the surging nickel price, I thought these would have been off the planet by now. So I don't believe the directors will stand in the way of any offers because they have been downloading at lower prices for some time. Guess when they pick up the performance options so cheaply it's not an issue for them.
