There is nothing in that response about the losses or lack of ability to use your funds tied up by this suspension. This is duckshoving at its best, has anybody complained to the ASX, I think someone had a response. I still don't see any gain for Taurus, I presume their shares are tied up the same. This goes to show what a corrupt bunch the ASX are with manipulation , cross trading, shares to sophisticated investors, after hours auctions that wipe all gains in 10 minutes. Its a wonder any of us make money. Got me beat what you do about this, its got a bad smell. The directors of the company are ultimately responsible so they should be the ones you are targeting, and the company secretary.
When is there AGM? I would think that would be a chance to try and make them accountable.
