It is hopeful that CIM can come with another sweetened offer, but that has to be after the current one expire. From the ann today I don't think CIM will do that.
again the 20.3 is a number based on MAH'own calculation on the asset, it is not cash offered to them.
If however the deal is dead, it is not necessarily the sp to be close 20.3, not even 14.5
