The problem here is IAM have gotten themselves into an incongruous mess with the last 3 announcements and shareholders need clarity to make informed decisions on whether to hold fold or add load. I mean thats what the entire shakeup of the FPA was about 6 years ago, puting the public interest first, Patrick Canion himself wrote an article about it just 30 days ago

There needs to be no "ethical gap" here between what IAM announces and what has actually taken place, it needs to be unassailable when held up to scrutiny, and when held up to scrutiny, the answers need to be clear, concise and forthcoming, not bunkered down in a 48 hours TH.
IAM have done great so far, no argument there, and they need to get back on the straight and narrow imo
