Noble Group has not sold their shares, the CEO Mr Richard Elman has resigned as a director of ConsMIn. He didn't own any shares personally, but as a resigning director he had to show his own shareholding which was nil, as well he had to show the shareholding of the Company he represents, which has not changed.
