I'm holding both LIT and LPD.

What LPD holders need to be aware of is that if LIT withdraw the offer LPD sp will likely drop back to pre bid price of 1.1 - 1.2.

Then they are likely to face an imminent CR.

Assuming the techs are truly disruptive, I'm optimistic that if takeover succeeds the price of LIT will increase sufficiently to more than cover short term "loss" suffered by LPD holders - based on current relative prices of shares & the 13.25 bid ratio.

Holders who quibble about the value of the offer are essentially expressing doubt about the claims being made about the superiority of the tech.

I'm confident that the legal dispute is seriously impeding sp of both COYs and distracting progress of developing the tech.
