Only 2 weeks later 23rd Jan they released an updated presentation quoting 60-70koz guidance for FY17......was this an oversight or a slight lowering of expectations? Also in the recent RIU presentation BD mentioned bottlenecking again which reading between the lines implies that the plant might not be quite at full capacity. No reference to FY guidance also.....language changed focus to CY100koz production.

I think all is running well and think they will achieve CY guidance but FULL ramp up is taking a little longer than expected. They will likely even exceed guidance if they can get plant running at 2mtpa instead of 1.7mtpa nameplate.
