I contacted the administrators and asked for a status update earlier this week. They provided the following:

I can confirm the creditors approved an amendment to the Deed of Company Arrangement in December 2016, allowing the Proponents more time to convene a shareholders meeting and gain ASX relisting approval.


We as Deed Administrators do not have power to convene the meeting, however indications suggest that the Board will provide notice of the meeting imminently.
