NAB like ANZ and CBA have and are paying back millions in Fees charged to clients for compliance breaches relating to their financial planning advice processes and document delivery (SOA's that are non compliant). IPAC WA wins practice of the year? Who is responsible for their document delivery? IAM.
Why wouldn't NAB want to be talking to and joining forces with the document delivery team responsible for IPAC WA winning the practice of the year award? In fact IAM would be a get out of jail card for NAB when dealing with ASIC as going forward the regulator would want a detailed solution in place to avoid this occurring again.
