tylermax tells us that the capital raising may be to buy out the Algerian gov't and that means some dilution of one's holding. I'd like to think that thru.
With a jorc for Tala Hamza probably just weeks away surely the best time to buy out the Algerian gov't is now. TZN can buy that outstanding 30% cheaper and that must mean less dilution than in say next year. This is a company for the warren buffets. I'm hangin in.
