In May 2015 (nearly 2 years ago) SOR made their first announcement about this technology and the share price shot to 39c. They pretty quickly took advantage of two capital raisings backed by a flurry of an announcements to get as many on board with the CR's as possible. Post the last CR closing off and all that money secured they went silent and remain silent and the share price is now sitting at 9.5c and still under selling pressure with a mass of sell orders sitting above present levels.

We see this time and time again with small caps where Directors have no concern for anyone else except themselves and being able to pay themselves a decent wage for a period of time - wages paid not from conducting any form of successful business, wages paid by shareholders via capital raisings. I hope the next time we hear from Smurf it will be with some new information, and not just regurgitating what we already know from past announcements which is what they are presently doing .

SOR's silence is deafening at the moment. Forget any mining revenue - it will take them years before any of these are producing something - personally I don't even think they are up to getting any of this side of the business up and running anyway. That leaves the technology. Uni NSW are researchers - they have no idea how to commercialise anything - so that leaves Smurf and his team to do this yet only if what they are doing doesn't get superseded by bigger companies who move a lot quicker than a snails pace to get their ideas commercialised. Is Smurf and his team dynamic enough to be able to do any of this ?? What's Smurf's back ground and area of expertise anyway - does anyone know !!?? Anyway I have my doubts. I've been in this stock from day dot and now at break even (9.4c) if I sold today.

So very tempted to sell and move on yet am going to wait 4 more weeks to see if Smurf can provide an update that has new information in it, and that suggests they are actually making progress - some timelines would be nice as well. Running an ASX listed business should not be about Capital raisings, it should be about having a product that can sustain the business, make a profit, and prove to be a worthy investment for shareholders who have trusted and believed the rhetoric coming from Directors mouths.
