Can i just do a quick "what we know at this stage" check re the amount of dilution at will be created:
quick math:
Shares on issue 4.169B
Shares to enter ~400M
Dilution = 9.6%
400M @ $0.037per = $14.8M
with the announced "seeking to raise gross proceeds of up to A$17 million" . if it were $17M AU that would throw us up to 11% dilution.. what are the rules regarding up to how much percentage of the current shares on issue can the board CR to?
