I didn't read it carefully. It's an exciting news.
The order to cancel 75 mining contracts in production sharing agreements with foreign investments is a "peace" decision to halt long term conflict between the government and the Communist rebels who had demanded the government to stop foreign investments where child labors are abused similarity to South Africa's DRC, Congo.
Rodrigo Duterte is afraid for his ass to be burnt down by rebels that why He's supporting environment minister Regina Lopez and comes to an agreement with the rebels.
Duterte is a bastard. He's the third Hitler, runner up to Kim Jong Un.
Duterte has been in a campaign to kill anybody who is addited to drugs. Anybody involved in selling, buying and using drugs are facing dead sentences.
So whatever He said that things will be done regardless any appeals from the given decisions.
So Phillipines are not the worry to ni price and traders are now adjusting the prices as we can see ni price was down but settled up at the close.
If you could interpret the news in phillipines and indonesia you then can tract traders' activities on metals prices. It's how I beat the traders in relation to ni price.
