Also very strange that NAB would go through 19 steps without checking out the soa process sooner.
What if there not mou2 and someone else is.
Maybe they just started to engage IAM
Maybe this was rushed to replace the real delayed Mou2 that did the 19 steps.
Management needs to be more conservative with objectives.
These are big companies and things take time.
Long run should be great.
