But what if NAB wasn't the actual mou2 but another firm that is delayed.
Maybe nab are mou3 passed off as MoU 2 to keep to deadlines, at least in the minds of HC posters.
It's the 19 steps that has me confused.
Couldn't or shouldn't you do the mock SOA before doing 19 other steps like flying a team to the location at shareholders expense.
Doesn't make sense.
