There seems to be more at play here.
It is possible that NAB is not MOU2 based on the 19x steps required and discssed. When you consider the MOU2's trips overseas etc then it suggests other players. This MOU is basic but a HUGE leg in the door and then the relationship is formed, will grow and then hmmmm. This brings me to perhaps the REAL MOU2, this I believe is still being worked on as we speak. It may or may not be NAB but if you do enough due-diligence and research then...Perhaps MOU2 is still coming...
