cts announcement, page-4

A bit confusing then.
CTS today:
"...CTS) is pleased to announce that it has agreed to acquire the rights to the final 20% of the Corachapi Uranium Project in southeastern Peru. This enables Contact to obtain a 100% interest in the project area subject to meeting certain expenditure conditions."
and
"negotiated with Range Resources Ltd, the previous holder of 80% of the project." ..this last bit? huh?

but from RRS from 31/1/07
"As announced last quarter, Range Resources entered into a Heads of Agreement with Contact Resources Limited (“Contact”) to divest up to 80% of its interest in the Corachapi Uranium Project."

So I read it as CTS has negotiated acquisition of the remaining 20% from RRS to have 100% control (with confusion caused by the CTS ann 'previous holder of 80%' bit)..? I thought RRS had 100% control prior to the initial CTS deal- I'll go have another look.
