Ok well if that's the case, let me generalize the information that had come to light.

VRC has purportedly signed a pathetic excuse for an offtake. VRC doesn't even have the plant to produce its own graphite concentrate and somehow it expects to economically sell it abroad. As for its offtake partner, well, they barely even seem to exist let alone have any credentials in the world of graphene. Seems to me it's just another whacky scheme from Dr Borris whose main hobbies seem to be: being accused of Russian money laundering, making websites for companies with no products and posting on his Reddit account.

Seriously, the only people who are even remotely impressed by this "offtake" are existing VRC holders who seem quite content to lure unsuspecting non holders into a hype fueled rally.

What a woeful situation for VRC to have to call in the pipe band and parade from this pathetic "offtake".
