Your angle on this whole thing is "if I be insulting then perhaps they will stop pointing out the flaws in all of this" when you could approach it from a position of research and providing information - unfortunately, other than posting links to the NGI website with its lack of tangible commercial information it seems to me that perhaps being insulting is the only option available to you.
