Praluent is around $600 per dose give or take.

I'm thinking dupilumab will probably land in the $600 - $800 per dose range albeit some analyst have it at $30K per year or $1200 a dose in the US.

Sanofi however is being very cautious about estimating the universe size as not to freak out the payers. They seemed to have learned a lesson after the launch of Praluent. According to an article I posted they see the universe of patients with severe enough atopic dermatitis at 1.7MM people in the US. This is not a drug that a GP will issue but rather a dermatologist and only after other treatments have failed.

Still if they get 20% of the 1.7MM universe that will be HUGE.

Also remember there are multiple indications for this drug including nasal polyps and asthma.
