That's exactly the research I have found. The only thing I would add to that is Minjar look to me as though when they find something they like, they buy it. No messing about, market price but buy it out for long term supply. They seem to be diversifying from property into mining as you mention.

With the updated JORC this month, scoping study and the possible details of expandability qualities it will be interesting if they get the dust of the cheque book again! Even if a take over isn't the plan it would be very encouraging to see them add to holdings by up to 3% after the given date of 23rd March 2017.
