Also,dont be surprised if their tech. gets applied much faster than,say,INL's took to reach application.If a deal is done with the proposed Chinese entity,they might be prepared to throw quite a bit at it on the basis of it obviously working on a pilot scale.A lot to gain by being first mover and not the same red (ironically) tape to contend with re funding? Not like we are talking HPAL scale funds but profits would render HPAL obsolete if it works!! Maybe therefore some interesting intellectual property disputes ahead?
