Read the Mines & Minerals Act ch. 42. It CLEARLY states what you need. A few drill results is NOT it.

Dude, you gotta do the work to mine. Every company goes through the same process. Why do you guys think this is a negative is beyond me. Just the way it is. Why you think Axiom is so special then can get a ML on an exploration ground?
What if they get a ML and the JORC shows poor grades overall and the feasibility study shows it is not viable? People would lose jobs at AVQ and the SIG. Is that what you want?
In either case a ML is meaningless because they cannot mine without all the proper documentation (JORC, feasibility...etc) so it won't be a value add anyway.
But there is a CR going on, so gotta sell the dream yes?
