When I see plenty of bots trades then the stock is obviously manipulated. Manipulated up to find a price target or in this case down for a cheap entry or perhaps keep oppies out? Who knows? IO is positive so from a medium to long term view let them do what they want for now. Obviously debt holders continuing to sell down their stake is a weight.
