Now the talk about a White Knight is just talk of a raising with dilution to all existing shareholders.
A Poison Pill is a raising to existing shareholders (who want to participate) except those who have transferred their participation rights to the raider. No dilution to participants but max dilution to the raider.
But is it legal at this stage?
