Im a top 20 holder of ctn also and i agree with you but i did speak with mr kerr and he relayed to me that he will be speaking with the proposed directors and giving hes recomendation. I was very disapointed when he didnt. I feel it is very important for share holders to get hes view on the situation as he has indepth knowledge.
