Optimist - your news is interesting.
It seems to indicate that the Chinese had more $ than ideas, or probably ideas they had gotten from contact with Canadian businesses these last few years.
Maybe coming to Australia and seeing what a quarry rich country it is and what a strong stock market it has, has opened up new doors of possibilities to the Chinese, who have already added a new category to their portfolio, mentioning partner and Go Overseas in the same paragraph.
The success of JRV will depend on how well they have prepared their plant model /hypotheticals and the viabilities they can present to the Chinese. They have spent 5 years working up to this.
