They are special crossings where 1 broker handles both sides of the trade.
If they meet certain criteria they can be entered into the system at any time, even after the market has closed.
Often but not always, the agreed price is the volume weighted average price of the days transactions, hence you can see oddities such as a fraction of a cent.
They give no guide to the next days likely pricing.
