The entire OTC market was consolidated and taken over. That's why their is no longer and OTCBB anymore, which is where UNS/UNIS would be heading if that were the case. While its true that some Multi-Nationals trade on the OTCQX, those shares are representative of the overseas stock. UNISZ trades on the OTC and that represents the CDIs traded on the ASX. The Convertible note that UNIS would have to issue would not be separately traded. Regardless of where the stock trades, they are in dire straits. They need capital and who in their right mind would give them funding except for a death spiral type of transaction. This group is no better than the last group. They've gotten $75MM to play with and are down to fumes. That is bad management. To quote many musical songs, Second Verse same as the First.
