I could not find any reference that Directors liability is limited to their liability insurance under Gwalia or any other law.
The MB CA claim amount is currently $250M. Let's assume $250M is awarded but only $100M in insurance available.
Can anyone show me why AG and other directors are not required to make up $150M shortfall unless they go personally bankrupt?
