    But that because I only looked at the tech but did not check on the actual shares on issue and was shocked to see 880 million escrowed shares and 239 million performance rights.
    Love the tech still,but now that I know about the actual fully diluted market cap this is a strong sell in my opinion.
    Its all about the fully diluted market cap not the tech or product in question.
