So if the bond holders don't agree, ie CIC don't agree, we go to administration as the company can not repay it's debts. What is the chance of that happening? If it was heading that way surely we would see the top 20 holders off loading their stock, and change of substantial holders notices, and the stock price plummeting more than the current carnage. But we see the sp is relatively stable, while only a few days away from apparent d-day March 11.
So when to buy? If all this gets sorted out surely the share price will run up a little.
