Well AG, you are a smooth operator, but just because you say you dont use it, doesnt mean that you dont add two chemicals together to make HF in situ - just as dangerous. Should the question be do you make and or use HF? Your bespoke reagent will be revealed and you wont be able to hide behind Lmax when its not commercial. Well not at 13.25:1 that is.
Lastly, 12months confidentiality is awarded from date of patent application (9th Feb 2016 for those of you playing at home) once the PCT is lodged its in the public domain and it doesnt matter because you are awarded the priority date... Why so secret?
