Absolutely correct. No announcements by either before November on this subject. In fact, the only thing I could find was on ne occasion what appears to be MZN acknowledging KDR's ownership ... See below (from MZN's "Exploration Update 14th June '16")




... Nothing mentioned that I could see by either company between April and November of any such discussions, agreement or anything else.
