    Don't worry sir if there was a NDE (near death experience) it was in December. Then without telling anyone they received the insurance proceeds and survived. If push comes to shove Eramet have their back. The cap raising is to make things right. I'd like to adjust my earlier comment for the time to double in share value with the rider if Eramet decide to make an offer for ther rest of the co it could double earlier.
