hi kincella, sorry, didn't see this post the other day, I try not to post bad news about a stock I don't hold on its own thread, as there's nothing worse than getting advice from somebody who know bugger all about the history of a stock.

You need to look at my posts on WMT which explain about ADX and trend analysis. I'll try and find them and repost as they are a couple of months ago. HC used to have a "post of the week" feature that was really useful for this kind of stuff.

Regardless of the fundamentals, the price of AXI is going lower before it goes higher. So no matter how good new management might be, the people selling at 35c are going to keep sapping investor confidence until they give up. Then the price will fall until bargain hunters step in. You are better to be a high seller and re-buy at a lower price if you really have a positive view about the stock. I suppose its possible that they could come out with some announcement that would blow the share price and the sellers out of the water, there is just no sign of it on the chart, and usually there is some kind of sign. In the end it is all probabilities, and although this stock could defy the odds, you would probably be better off deploying your capital in a lower risk/higher return chart (from a charty's point of view). If you avoid the bad charts, and buy the good charts, you make money quicker.

I'll dig up the WMT posts and put them somewhere easier to find. Its not rocket science either. Its just a few simple techniques and practice.
