Really!!?? That doesn't sound to comforting. Sounds like he may not really care about AJX that much even though he has plenty of stock but I suppose he didn't pay for most of that stock with his own cash and together with 800k per year, there is no pressure for him. It is a worry that the share price keeps going down. There must be big holders constantly selling into each and every rally. Whoever was buying that pushed the price up from low 60's to mid 70's would not be impressed if they still hold.
