I'm as calm as can be, those shares you talk about in nicks case are payment for outstanding work and taking a company that was doing nothing and going nowhere IMO and turned it into an extremely successful young business.
That's what his shares are for, and it's well in line with other companies, also he knocked back last years performance remuneration, so if anything, we owe him!
