How many parts does it have? They only have the Source product. All the other parts (Assessment and Innovation) aren't worth a fart
This proposal is good news for holders. The current share price will be below cash backing once they offload the 1PG business. So it can only appreciate from here - unless they use the money to buy a dud. However, Merchant have a decent history in picking sectors and businesses.
