CTO is so unloved for a number of reasons. The main one being it has taken so long to get here. Moreover the Lynch family started with nothing and have no big company experience to speak of, the tenemants were bought up over a number of years and there have been many neersayers too in the press. Once production is announced and maintained for a period, people WILL get on board. The newfound stabilty in the shareprice I think is a bonus. Mainly because it gives me time to purchase more holdings.
