Hemmo is absolutely right. Do not forget the Wolves contingent whom I understand hold around 100m shares give or take.
It is unlikely that anyone is going to give away their shares after holding them for so long.
It might be a different kettle of fish if the future was not as exciting - we are not talking about the old management, it seems to me that they are doing everything right and in a professional manner, and expandable graphite will fetch a premium price for sure.
I can imagine a lot is going on behind the scenes and PC is in a hurry to make up for lost time.
The SP is being held back for whatever reason, but with all the good news coming through it is only a matter of time before it breaks loose.

This is my opinion only but I feel it makes sense.
