Im pretty sure the once supporters of German Nazism I grew up with, who now live in Australia, can think for themselves, despite their genetic disposition to left brain thinking and jobs in engineering, science and medicine. Hitler had widespread support for a reason, he treated his citizens quite well and did great things for Germany, whilst keeping the bad things hidden from them, something that was possible in the late 1930s.
